 Big Green Egg Cooking Class - Level I Thursday evening - September 16, 2010 - 6:00pm to 8:30pm This class is aimed at new Big Green Egg owners and covers techniques and tricks. You will learn temperature control basics so you can grill, smoke and even bake on this unique ceramic cooker. We will prepare and enjoy several popular food items from appetizers to main entrees and even dessert with several tasty foods in between. Be sure to come hungry and become an Eggspert by learning the way of the egg! Cost: $40 per person - Instructor: Ron Pratt, an avid egger for the last ten years. |
