Learn how to grill delicate vegetables & seafood, how to add more flavor to your grilled foods, and learn how to entertain like a pro! It's always a night of fantastic food, fun, friends, & great grilling!

Chef Bill was born in Chicago and has now made his passion his profession. Having been a home chef for 35 years he decided to share his love with other like-minded foodies! He is fun, entertaining, personable and talented. You will have a fabulous time!

Appetizer -- Pitted Dates Stuffed with Smoked Almonds
Salad -- Grilled Corn with Jicama and Mango
Entree -- Jasmine-Turkey Burger Jewels
Side -- Grilled Pineapple Slices with Honey
Dessert -- World Class Banana Bread with Raspberry Whipped Cream and Cocoa Dust

Divider Line Ron Pratt Big Green Egg Cooking Class - Level I
Thursday evening  -  July 30, 2009  -  6:00pm to 8:30pm

This class is aimed at new Big Green Egg owners and covers techniques and tricks. You will learn temperature control basics so you can grill, smoke and even bake on this unique ceramic cooker. We will prepare and enjoy several popular food items from appetizers to main entrees and even dessert with several tasty foods in between. Be sure to come hungry and become an Eggspert by learning the way of the egg!

Cost: $40 per person - Instructor: Ron Pratt, an avid egger for the last nine years.
